  • Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Delivery Cost:

  • Delivery within Abuja is free for all orders.
  • For nationwide delivery, a standard shipping fee applies. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Method:

  • We use reliable courier services to ensure your garments arrive safely and on time.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
Returns

We strive to ensure every garment we create meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Custom garments are tailored to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Procedure:

  • If you believe your garment has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
Exchanges
